Customer Services Team Leader
Yokogawa Marex has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Services Team Leader.
- Contract: Full Time and Permanent, 37 hours per week
- Location: Based at our office in Cowes on the Isle of Wight with a hybrid working model working from home or in the office, therefore, you should live within a commutable distance

Working as part of the Customer Services Team, reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the Customer Service Team providing world class customer service to ensure our customers’ satisfaction, confidence and user experience maximizing the value delivered by our software solutions.
You will coordinate and prioritize activities to meet agreed timescales and commitments, always looking for opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
You will motivate, coach, and develop the Customer Service Team ensuring that the service delivered to our customers is of the highest standard.
You will build strong working relationships with other stakeholders across the global Yokogawa organization and support the Yokogawa Marex Management team to achieve company goals and objectives.
