Software Support Engineer

Yokogawa Marex has an exciting new opportunity for a Software Support Engineer.

  • Contract: Full Time and Permanent, 37 hours per week
  • Location: Based at our office in Cowes on the Isle of Wight with a hybrid working model working from home or in the office, therefore, you should live within a commutable distance

Working as part of the Customer Services Team, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will apply your technical and communication skills to provide world class customer service to ensure our customers’ satisfaction, confidence and user experience maximizing the value delivered by our software solutions.

The role will involve supporting end users and engineers during the adoption, deployment, and operation of our software solutions, proactively implementing measures to ensure system health and efficiency, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, providing guidance and advice for issue resolution, and working closely with the product development team to feedback user experience, solve issues and recommend improvements.
