Software solutions company Yokogawa Marex made it to the finals of the Service Excellence Award category at this year’s South Coast Business Awards but were edged out by the overall Business of the Year winner.
It was the first time that Yokogawa Marex had entered these awards which celebrates business excellence across a myriad of sectors, bringing together the best of businesses in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, and to showcase their achievements.
In the Service Excellence Award category, Yokogawa Marex were up against fellow finalists The Mortgage Hut; Silverlake Automotive Recycling; and Chemotherapy Headwear. Category winners The Mortgage Hut, were also awarded the prestigious overall business of the year award.
Divisional Director Wayne Matthews said: “Staff have worked incredibly hard in supporting our global customers during these unprecedented times. Making it as finalists in the service excellence awards is a great achievement and testament to the great work being done by the team”.
The winners across all categories were announced virtually on 11th November 2021 via a posted video message on the South Coast Awards website.
