Wayne Matthews

Divisional Director

Wayne, a computer science graduate has worked for Yokogawa Marex for over 20 years. He has a wealth of experience in the development and deployment of manufacturing execution and plant information management systems. He has overseen the creation of the comprehensive portfolio of software solutions, particularly in alarm, safety and production management.

Having worked extensively out on customer sites, Wayne takes a very customer oriented approach with a “can do” attitude, his team often being called upon to solve new challenges, extending our solutions into new territory. Listening to our customers, understanding their challenges, and providing solutions that allow them to operate more efficiently and safely is at the heart of what we do.

Yokogawa Marex is a member of the Yokogawa Industrial Automation Platform Division playing an integral part in the definition and delivery of Yokogawa’s manufacturing execution and plant information management into the future.

Wayne is a supporter of Stoke City FC, and a keen golfer.

Pasquale Paolone

Sales and Service Manager

Pasquale joined Yokogawa Marex in 2016, continuing to contribute to his experience leading the sales support team to help deliver forward looking and innovative solutions in the plant information management space.

Pasquale is a sales and marketing professional with over twenty years’ experience in the area of software solutions and services for the manufacturing and process industries. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Automation and Control Engineering from the University of Rome in Italy. Pasquale has great experience and knowledge of the industry, helping major global companies in the oil & gas, metal, automotive, food and life science industries to successfully adopt innovative technologies to implement operations management and plant information systems. Pasquale has also been responsible for the business development of alarm management and process safety solutions in Southern Europe before joining Yokogawa Marex.
